🛒 Order Processing
• All items are made-to-order unless otherwise stated.
• Processing times vary by product type:
– Printed apparel: 10-15 business days
– Embroidered apparel/hats: 15-20 business days
– Seasonal or large orders: May take additional time
• Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping email when your order ships to track it.
📦 Shipping
• All orders ship via USPS or UPS (your choice at checkout).
• Typical transit time is 3–7 business days once shipped.
• Once your package is scanned by the carrier, delays are outside of our control.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct—incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays or returned packages.
• If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled. We cannot replace or refund orders stolen after delivery, but we will help you file a claim.
